The KRW automatically reduces pressure from a higher inlet pressure to a steady lower outlet pressure by using a balanced-pressure mechanism which responds to changes in the water supply pressure.

Basic Applications:

The KRW is a direct actuated pressure reducing valve designed to be used in various places. Use the KRW in high rise buildings to control pressure fluctuations between floors in the various water systems such as ones for potable water, air conditioning, boiler feed, etc. The KRW is used in industrial plants upstream of equipment requiring lower pressure such. The KRW can also be used in city water systems to reduce pressure from high pressure distribution zones to service areas.
