The Constant Head Pilot Operated Float Valves are used with reservoir tanks to maintain water levels.
Product Description:
This pilot valves are designed to fully open when the water level reaches the preset low level and to close drip-tight when the level reaches the preset high point.
Features:
Ensures Security of Potable Water
Fully Adjustable
Durably Constructed
Material Prevents Rust Contamination
Easy Installation and Maintenance
Adjustable flow rate
The opening and closing function of the main valve is controlled by the pressure that goes through the diaphragm chamber from the inlet side of the main valve to the pilot valve. When the water level rises to the close position of the pilot valve, the inlet pressure remains inside the diaphragm chamber of the main valve; thus pressure pushes the diaphragm downwards and the valve seat will be closed. After the water level drops to the open position of the pilot valve, the pressure remaining inside the diaphragm chamber will be discharged into the tank. Then the inlet pressure pushed the diaphragm upwards and the valve seat till open.
The DS unit is equipped with a perforated strainer that lengthens the life of the diaphragm. The adjustable spindle enables full control of the flow rate. The top cover features easy access for maintenance.
